This policy explains what personal data this website collects, why, and what you can do about it. It covers this site only.

If you send an inquiry or a message: your name, email, business name, the details of your project, and anything you choose to attach or link to.

If you book a discovery call: Google Calendar handles the booking and receives the details you enter there. The calendar only loads if you choose to open it.

This site doesn't use advertising trackers or analytics cookies.

To answer your inquiry and prepare a proposal (our legitimate interest, or steps you've asked for before a contract).

We don't sell personal data or use it for advertising.

Netlify hosts the site and stores inquiry records. Google provides calendar booking. Our email provider delivers inquiry notifications and confirmations.

Some of these providers process data in the United States. Where required, transfers rely on appropriate safeguards such as Standard Contractual Clauses.

Inquiries that don't become projects are deleted within 24 months. Records relating to a contract are kept for as long as tax and contract law require.

Depending on where you live, including under the GDPR and US state laws, you can ask to access, correct, delete or export your data, object to its use, and complain to your local regulator. Write to hello@offscriptstudiopr.com and we'll respond within the legal time limit.

The site runs over HTTPS, forms are validated on the server, and credentials are never exposed to the browser. No system is perfectly secure, so please don't send anything highly sensitive through the form.
